Slow Flow provides a gradual warm-up while creating energy flowing thru the body. Slow flow yoga connects movement with breath, emphasizing mindful engagement, awareness and ease through each pose. Yin allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy.
The combination of Slow Flow and Yin yoga boosts your range of motion and flexibility, while also helping to strengthen your muscles and maintain their length, helps improve blood circulation to muscle and connective tissues and enhance lymph movement.
