So you joined Yoga Path Wellness and decided you’re finally going to try yoga. You’ve carved out the time, you’re committed, and you’re ready. But now you’re probably wondering… what on earth do I bring? Well, look no further.
Here’s a list of essentials to cover all the bases.
Beginner Yogis
Comfortable Clothes
yoga attire or simply attire that your body can easily move in.
Water Bottle
If you forget, no worries! We have water bottles for purchase
Yoga mat
So many mats! Start with a beginner mat. No need to spend a lot. As a matter of fact, we have a variety of yoga mats to rent from the basic to the stickiest of mats.
Small towel
Post yoga snack
Totally optional!

We are recognized as a health related service!
Yoga Path Wellness is located on W. Carroll Avenue going East, passed the Foothill Medical Arts Building. On the right you will see the "City of Hope" and we are located on the first floor.
We have lots of parking available and we suggest you park in the back, it's closest to the studio.
