In my classes, I focus on crafting sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also cultivating a sense of inner calm and awareness. The flow of the practice is designed to be dynamic yet accessible, allowing students to explore their edge while honoring their bodies' limitations.
I pay close attention to alignment and offer modifications to ensure that students of all levels feel empowered and supported in their practice. By encouraging students to connect with their breath and move with intention, I aim to create a transformative experience that goes beyond the physical benefits of yoga."
Christina first started practicing yoga while healing from her own trauma and grief. She became intuitively drawn to yoga and soon after too her first course on Trauma Informed Yoga. Allowing the universe to guide her, Christina furthered her passion for helping others and holistic healing and became a certified Kundalini Trauma Informed yoga teacher in 2023.

Having been introduced to yoga asana as a dancer, his initial attraction was to the focus on rigorous discipline.
When he was confronted with his own body's vulnerability through an autoimmune flareup, his practice gradually evolved to be more slow-moving and restorative.
With his 200-hour teacher training being rooted in the Viniyoga style, he has continued to foster a gentle approach to his practice while also focusing on full-body muscular engagement and felt-sense awareness.
Through his current studies in The Embodied Resilience Atelier, he has come to value interoception and slow, mindful movement as the compass for his practice. He finds that this approach encourages a deeper awareness of his own needs. As an instructor, he takes care to emphasize curiosity, so that students feel empowered to explore their unique anatomical and energetic needs.
It's true, I followed the love on this journey!
Yoga Path Wellness evolved from the love of human kindness. My yoga training took place in 2015, in a yurt on the side of a hill in the Palisades with Michelle Mazur. The drive to get to class was aspiring! Heat of the sun or pouring rain we all walked thru the bushes on that pebbled path, (off the side of the road) to get to the yurt for our training. A space of safety, love and present awareness.
Our mission at Yoga Path Wellness is to create a sanctuary where people feel safe and nurtured in all stages of their lives. Our purpose is to be a guiding light on your yogic journey. To hold space for your growth, your challenges, and your triumphs. This studio is a canvas where your practice unfolds, and your essence shines.
Many people today are over stressed, anxious, burnt out, experiencing all levels of trauma, both physically & emotional and substance abuse.
At Yoga Path Wellness we provide a class structure that focuses on arriving into oneself. We begin with the breath followed by mindful meditation and move into the physical postures to guide people to internal awareness and learn to embrace the beauty of their imperfections. Take a moment and connect to your compassionate body awareness, quiet the mind and bring light to the soul!
Follow the love to Yoga Path Wellness and join us for Real Yoga for Real People. Namaste
