Thank you for using this service, which is owned and operated by Yoga Path Wellness, LLC (“Yoga Path Wellness,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) This Online Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the information we collect from or about you through the Yoga Path Wellness-owned websites and mobile apps on which it is posted (collectively referred to as this “Site”). It also describes how we use and share that information and some of the steps we take to protect your privacy.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to the information we collect from or about you through this Site. It does not apply to information we collect through other channels, such as over phone or in person, at our studios. Some of the information Yoga Path Wellness collects through this Site may be “personal information”—information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. Other information may be nonpersonally identifiable, such as your IP address.
Yoga Path Wellness has provided this Policy so that you will know what information Yoga Path Wellness collects, how Yoga Path Wellness uses this information, the types of third parties with whom Yoga Path Wellness may share this information, and some of the choices that are available to you.
Your Consent
By using this Site, you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information as described in this Policy, you may not use this Site. If you have questions about this Policy, please contact us by phone at 626-556-7755.
Your Choices
In General. We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use, and disclose your information. This Policy describes some of your choices, such as your choice to opt out of receiving “cookies.” We may ask you to indicate your choices at the time and on the page where you provide your information.
Do Not Track Mechanisms. California law requires this Policy to address how we respond to any “Do-Not-Track (‘DNT’) signal” delivered by your browser. Because of the changing state of technology and indecision within the industry regarding the meaning of DNT signals, we currently do not make any guarantee that we will honor DNT signals.
Previously Expressed Preferences. You may change previously expressed preferences regarding how we use your information. You may be able to change preferences through your account. Otherwise, please contact us using the information provided below. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any promotional email we send you.
This Policy May Change
Yoga Path Wellness reserves the right to update or modify this Policy, at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revised version of the Policy on this Site. These changes will only apply to the information we collect after we have posted the revised Policy on this Site.
Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement that all information collected from or about you after the revised Policy is posted will be subject to the terms of the revised Policy. You may access the current version of this Policy at any time by clicking on the link marked “Privacy” at the bottom of each page of the public areas of this Site.

Yoga Path Wellness collects the information you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use this Site, for example, we collect the information you provide when you create an account, complete a questionnaire, communicate with us, sign up for an event, or otherwise interact with this Site. Some of the information you manually provide may be personal information, such as your name and contact information.
Information From Third-Party Social Media Platforms. You may be able to register with, log on to, or enhance your profile on this Site by choosing to automatically populate the requested data fields with information you previously provided to a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook or Twitter). By doing this, you are asking the third-party platform to send us information, including personal information, from your profile on that platform. We treat that information as we do any other information you give to us when you register, log on, or enhance your profile.
Information from your browser or device. Yoga Path Wellness collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device. This information typically includes your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. The information we receive may depend on your browser or device settings.
The information we receive from your web browser and device is not, in and of itself, personally identifiable. Generally, we use this information in the aggregate to help us improve this Site and make it more compatible with the technology used by our visitors. However, we may combine it with other information in an attempt to identify you or we may combine it with information that does identify you. We may also review our server logs for security purposes—for example, to detect intrusions into our network—and we might share our server logs, which contain visitors’ IP addresses, with the appropriate investigative authorities who could use that information to trace and identify you.
Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. We use “cookies” and other technologies to collect information and support certain features of this Site. For example, we may use these technologies to:

CLASS CANCELLATION/ ENROLLMENT & EVENT CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/ REFUND POLICY:
Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. Demand for our classes and events are very high, no-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes or events and is disruptive to our Member Community.
- We do not offer refunds on any yoga class purchases, including single classes, class packs, memberships or workshops.
- We ask that you are mindful of our community members who are wait listed to practice in person. Please cancel at the minimum of 6 hours prior to start time to avoid losing your class booking and being subject to a $10 late cancellation fee for the unlimited members. Late Cancelation is a class cancelled within 6 hours of class start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every late cancellation is subject to the $10 fee.
Any class pack or single class passes will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 6 hours before the start of class, but you will not be charged any additional fees. Sorry, but we cannot make individual exceptions.
- Absent No Show - Classes/ No Cancel- $10. An Absent No-Show/No-Cancel is (different from Late Canceling) means booking a class, not attending and not late canceling out of that class - no show. We ask that you ALWAYS cancel out of class that you cannot attend. If you have not cancelled your class and are on an unlimited form of membership, a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file. Members may not see the late cancel fees charged on the same day of the occurrence.
-Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class start time.
- All clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account. Membership auto-pays and class cancellation policy violation fees must be paid in full to keep the account in good standing, failure to do so will place your account on hold and possibly be reported to the credit bureaus. Keep your member account in good standing!
- After 30 days, membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days to cancel.
- Class packs are non-refundable and cannot be extended or “frozen.”
- Class packs are absolutely non-extendable due to the designated active period of use.
- Only Memberships and yearly unlimited can be "frozen" once for a period of three weeks.
- All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
-Refunds made in form of studio credit only.
ENROLLMENTS/EVENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE IF NOT CANCELLED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Cancellations made before 24 hours or more prior to your event time are credited toward an event or individual class and transferable. If your booking confirmation allows you to cancel your booking directly you may do so. Reservations made within 24 hours are NON REFUNDABLE or NON TRANSFERABLE.

GIFT CARD/VOUCHER SPECIALS - POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS
Gift cards/vouchers are a popular and convenient way to give someone a present that they can use to purchase whatever they want from a particular store or service.
However, If you are planning to use a gift card to renew a membership, Class Pass or purchase a Special you may need to think twice.
Gift card/vouchers specials cannot be applied to current membership, Class Passes or Specials. This is because memberships are usually purchased on a subscription basis, which means that you are committing to a certain number of classes or services over a specified period.
Additionally, membership and class passes are often already discounted based on the number of classes or services you are buying, so there may not be any additional discounts available.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the proprietor of Yoga Path Wellness PRIOR to purchase.
Gift Card/Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE
